Description

Ingredients
Water, Glycerin, Sorbitol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Flavor, Citric acid, CI 42051.

Mode of Action
Chlorhexidine gluconate interacts with the bacterial cell wall, inhibiting dental plaque formation. It also helps reduce halitosis. 

Proof of Efficacy
A non-alcohol 0.2% chlorhexidine formula was tested to be as effective as the rinse with alcohol for reduction of plaque formation and gum problems.

Primary Uses: Treating swollen, red, or bleeding gums, reducing plaque buildup, and use in pre- or post-dental surgery care.
